CNY NRHS reserves the right to make floor plan and booth location adjustments which may be deemed necessary for the successful operation of the show.

Exhibitors/Vendors agree:

1. To set up and take down display during designated times. Materials, exhibits and decorations are not to be removed before close of show. Packing up early is strictly prohibited, and violators may not be invited back.

2. To provide their own table skirting in order to maintain a professional appearance.

3. To consider stanchions when planning the size of display space on application forms.

4. To obtain a NYS sales tax number certificate. For assistance, see instructions (Form ST-1010-1) at www.tax.state.ny.us or call 518-485-2889. COMBINED SALES TAX FOR ONONDAGA COUNTY and THE STATE OF NEW YORK IS 8%.

5. To comply with all show instructions indicated on application forms. This includes providing a list of participants for name badges.

6. Not to bring any animals into the facility without prior permission from CNY NRHS.

2010 GREAT NEW YORK STATE MODEL TRAIN FAIR

Dear Friends,
Here are the application forms for the 36th annual Great New York State Model Train Fair. You can easily DOWNLOAD REGISTRATION MATERIALS by clicking on links to the left under EXHIBITOR INFO.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
All applications must be completed & postmarked by 9/18/2010

Vendor applications postmarked after September 18th must add $10.00 per table for vendors and will be subject to a possible waiting list. All exhibitor applications received after September 18th will also be placed on a waiting list.

All applications for vendors & exhibitors must have names of attendees filled in so name badges can be made. There are no exceptions to this rule. Should additional name tags be required, they will be issued before the show. List of names (form linked at right) must be postmarked by October 16th.

Show hours are 10:00-5:00, Saturday and Sunday. Setup is any time Friday between 1:00 and 9:00pm, Saturday after 8:00am and Sunday after 9:00am. Drive-in unloading is limited to Friday 1:00-9:00pm.

Check-in for all vendors and exhibitors is in the Toyota Exhibit Center office. Show advertising fliers and maps are available for download on this Web site at links at left, in addition to applications and hotel information. Please feel free to print all that you need. Floor plans will be posted on our Web site approximately two weeks before the show. Because our rent for using the fairgrounds has gone up this year, we must require all people selling anything pay the appropriate vendor fees so that we can maintain our low vendor table prices. This will be strictly enforced.

Overnight camper/trailer parking facilities, with electricity, are available on the New York State Fairgrounds. The State Fair charges us for this privilege, so there is a fee of $25.00 with electricity per space, per night, and $20.00 without electricity per space, per night. This fee is payable when you register. Tags will be issued to display on your vehicle.
