Vendor applications postmarked after October 1st must add $10.00 per table and will be subject to a waiting list. All exhibitor applications received after October 1st will also be placed on a waiting list.
Applications for vendors & exhibitors must have names of attendees filled in so name badges can be made. There are no exceptions to this rule. Should additional name tags be required, they will be issued before the show. List of names (form linked under EXHIBITOR INFO at left) must be postmarked by October 15th.
Show hours are 10:00-5:00, Saturday and 10:00 to 4:00 Sunday. Setup is any time Friday between 1:00 and 9:00 pm, Saturday after 8:00 am and Sunday after 9:00 am. Drive-in unloading (if possible) is limited to Friday 1:00-9:00 pm.
Check-in for all vendors and exhibitors is in The Exhibit Center office. Show advertising fliers are available for download on this Web site at left. Please feel free to print all that you need. Hotel information and maps are posted on this Web site. Floor plans will be posted here approximately two weeks before the show. All vendors that were located in The Exhibit Center last year will have the option to be located in a similar spot. Those vendors must specify this in their applications. All vendors from the Americraft Center of Progress building will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis.
Overnight camper/trailer parking facilities, with electricity, are available on the New York State Fairgrounds. The State Fair charges us for this privilege, so there is a fee of $25.00 with electricity per space, per night, and $20.00 without electricity per space, per night. This fee is payable when you register. Tags will be issued to display on your vehicle.
